JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-7+ years of experience in commercial litigation and collections.
- Strong academic/ firm background and stable firm experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, with ability to work independently.
- Excellent research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Common skill requirements include the use of Windows, MS Word, MS Outlook as well as a strong typing ability (speed and accuracy), including document editing and formatting.
- Ability to take direction and meet deadlines.
